The image shows the Knocking box & landing table at the back, De-hairing / scalding bath followed by the scraping table.
The whole complex consisted of 3 Refrigerated shipping containers. Made to process and chill 100 pigs per day. Complete with Boning room. Made in NZ to export Hygiene standards.
Transported to PNG and commissioned by Tekam Engineering in March 2017.
